Land on the coast of East Devon very rarely comes onto the market, and when it does, there are stringent planning regulations to comply with. Our house has been designed to take full advantage of the position and incorporate all of the conditions required by the local planning authority.

This project is being filmed throughout its development by Grand Designs and will be the subject of an hour long programme in the summer of 2005.
